Settle Down folks.... The U.S. Mint does outstanding work in affording us access to first rate coins, service, and scarcity. Look at the recent facts:
1. They brought in outside artists for the ATB Quarters, with absolutely tremendously beautiful results.
2. They acquired special presses for the five ounce coins, again with stupendous quality results. They then implemented very stylized finishes, and successfully used those wonderful new finishes on ALL coins. Have you seen the Code Talker coins? Wow.
3. They decentralized delivery, using a whole new service. Coins get to where they are sent in record time. Mine arrive superfast.
4. They ditched their WHOLE WEBSITE, folks, to provide a streamlined process. O.K., the whole Kennedy Gold thing was in need of improvement, but next go round, it will be spot on as a result. Knowing the demand will increase, Kennedy First Souse numbers were expanded....that is just good business. So they make more money....so what? More folks have access to this storied coin from a storied presidency. Also good business.
5. Recognizing hacker expertise, they ask us to ditch old passwords. Savvy move on all counts.

So when you unpackage a new Kennedy Half, with a new finish from a new process, ordered over a new website, with a new, safer password, and a new ordering system, think of all the US. Mint is doing for ....all of us.
First rate quality at low prices. I guarantee some of the new Kennedy halves-just one of the four- will sell for more than the cost of the entire set.
That, folks, is a winning endeavor for any organization. These, though, are the actions of an oft maligned mint. But those criticisms are sure to recede thanks to the attention to detail there. Has to: it is all about quality at the US Mint now. And will be for many years to come.

And I say again: check out the Code Talker coins. And quit bellyaching, already.
