I had nothing but problems trying to get it reset. I finally had to call the Mint and that took awhile. The old website was much better to navigate than the new one.

Email addresses migrated to the new site in all caps, so when they send you the verification e-mail, it will bouce. Takes a lot of waiting on hold and 30 minutes or so of being talked thru the process.
