JP - I had the same thing happen with my Gold HOF order.
For the record: The US Mint does not set the mintage limits. The limits are set by laws that are written and approved by our government reps and signed into law by the President. I suspect that the number will move again before the final mintage is given by the end of the year.

How is it that the BASEBALL HOF coins have surpassed the 50,000 limit? If the mint is going to arbitrarily disregard their own set limits whats the point of setting a limit. For that matter since they have ignored the limits, I feel that my canceled orders for those coins should be fulfilled . They strung me along for months showing they were in stock and reserved before they suddenly canceled them. I guess you can tell I'm not a happy customer.
