					<description><![CDATA[The Arches ATB quarter is now only the 2nd ATB quarter to have a mintage higher than the lowest Statehood quarters. Seeing a bunch of 2013s and 2014s (though the Mt. Rushmore one has been surprisingly absent despite its mintage) so I&#039;m guessing the public will finally become aware that there&#039;s been another quarter program going on since 2010 :-)]]></description>
