Both coins were designed by Aldoph Weinman.

Is now the time for the US Mint to begin planning its 2016 releases? How could we suggest to the Mint to consider some special releases – perhaps a 2016 1/2-oz Silver Eagle that bears the reverse of the Walking Liberty Half, and a 1/10-oz 2016 Mercury Dime…just throwing an idea out there.

It kind of messes up planning with those things as you don’t know when they are going to end them. Last year they did this and Hawaii ended quickly and I went out and bought Chaco, worried I wouldn’t get it and then they lowered the price. They aren’t really helping collectors out with these.
