They could of just copied the Kennedy Half, like the 2001 Buffalo coin, and sell out the complete proof and biz strikes for sure.  Somebody is asleep at the wheel at the Treasury Dept.]]></description>

					<description><![CDATA[Whatever happened to the discussion to not allow the surcharge to go to the respective organizations?  Wasn&#039;t the surcharge supposed to reduce the national debt?  One million down, one hundred trillion to go.  Oh I forgot.  Congress may reduce spending by 2.5$T over 10 years, while at the same time increasing the debt by 1$T a year.  I&#039;m so confused.]]></description>
