Well, you had better luck than I did. When I use the dollar coins, or even the rare $2.00 bill, the reaction I get is more like:
“What kind o’ dumb-a** fool you think I am? Them ain’t real! I’m callin’ my manager. He gonna throw yer butt in jail..!”

So rather than try to teach an illiterate moron about US Currency, I find quarters and dollar bills instead. Thank God the cash registers display the change they must hand back, or we’d really be in trouble….

i have spent 200 of my 1000 pres coins so far

its been fun

most kids just look down and stare into their hands for a few seconds before dropping them in the drawer. the pizza lady said, “wow” 😉 at the vid store i bought the planet of the apes dvd set along with a few other dvds, and gave the cashier two rolls of monroe’s one p and one d. ya’ll can thank me later for making your coins more valuable in the future 😉
