I started this collection for my grandkids and I would just pick them up at the bank. Is it my understanding we have to pay $32.95 plus $4.95 shipping just to continue our collection? Why didn’t they keep this up until 2016 when our collection would be finished? How can we buy our coins at a reasonable rate? This way comes to almost $13 more!
