					<description><![CDATA[Granted that these coins are raising money for an Army museum.  But my issue with coins like this, what exactly is the event that is being commemorated by these coins?  The Bicentennial of the Armed Services was in 1975; are we celebrating the 236th anniversary of the Army?  All I see is an excuse to exploit people&#039;s patriotic fervor to generate income for the museum.  Why not just solicit donations from interested parties, and save the Commemorative Coin Program to honor real events,]]></description>

Maybe the Mint could combine the ATB concept and the presidential dollar concept for thenew silver half dollars?! By the way, why can&#039;t the Mint produce 90% silver presidentil dollars? I&#039;d get in line for such an item!!]]></description>
