					<description><![CDATA[Even if it had had a canon Canon&#039;s can be in shipment to a ship yard making a ship, and not installed as a wepon as of yet. so at that poit its called cargo! Not an item of a warship.
The Guns would have to be installed and ready for use to be called a warship with a military crew. Any thing other then that its just cargo.
Thats a grey area international law needs to address.]]></description>
