ANABowers and Merena Auctions has donated $30,000 to the American Numismatic Association’s Florence Schook School of Numismatics. The donation will help fund educational programs such as Summer Seminar, the Numismatic Diploma Program and convention workshops. The company also recently sponsored more than 800 new memberships to the ANA.

In February, Bowers and Merena sent a collecting survey to a wide range of people in the coin collecting community. The company donated $50 dollars in the names of each of the first 600 ANA members who completed the survey to the Florence Schook School of Numismatics. In addition, 811 non-members who completed the survey received one-year full memberships to the ANA.

"We are proud of our close relationship with the ANA," said Steve Deeds, president of Bowers and Merena. "The Association’s educational mission is vital to the numismatic community, and we’re committed to being involved in its success."
