The Lincolin Dollar is a real soar subject with me.Like normal I received the flyer from the US.Mint telling me which coins are comming out and I'm sure that the card is also, used as a discount,it told me I would be able to purchase the Lincolin coinfor $32.00 dollars.Which is normal for back in that time frame. > Well to find out (2) day's latter when I went to order my coin they were all gone, the mint never put a limit on how many a person was able to purchase and every vendor made a joke of the whole system, they were ordering as many as possibable at a time making fools out of the rest of us.I only waited (1) day efore trying to put my order in and being told they were all sold out.Needless to say I was not a happy camper.I even went too,the secondary market coin company's on line and they were marking the coin up by as much as 200% to300%.I know I was going to purchase one butI was not going to pay 2 to $300.00,dollare for one I should have had to only pay $32.00,for that coin and I still do not have that coin in my collection yet. > My grandson is 13yrs old now,I started putting this collection together a year before he was born.I'm figureing on putting a collection togerther for his collage fund I know I'll get his foot in the door it will be up too him to keep both feet in. > Thank-You for your ear,Reguards Mr.J.E.O'Hanlon
