					<description><![CDATA[I think they might be overcompensating on the price increase on the assumption that prices will continue to rise.  This doesn&#039;t seem like the best way to determine pricing.  I guess the mint is not able to use floating prices that adjust daily with the change in price of the metals?]]></description>
