One is a reverse proof Silver Eagle and the other is an enhanced uncirculated Silver Eagle. The latter coin is a first and is produced with new methods developed only this year by the Mint. It has three differing finishes. Reverse proofs have made several appearances in special releases in 2006, 2011 and 2012. These coins are only available from the set.
