Coins of the collection showcase the characters of the Werewolf, the Mummy, the Grim Reaper, and the Headless Horseman.

Adding to its unique nature, the set’s display case is solid wood, coffin-shaped, and emits a creaking sound followed by a horrific scream when its lid opens.

Coin Designs and Specifications

Full-color reverse designs portray one of the four characters with simple inscriptions of Headless Horseman, the Mummy, the Werewolf or the Grim Reaper. Skulls complete the reverse design.

These coins are legal tender of Kiribati, an island nation in the central Pacific Ocean. Their face value of 5 DOLLARS appears on the obverse along with 2016 and the Ian Rank-Broadley portrait of Queen Elizabeth II.

Additional specifications include:

  • Finish: proof
  • Weight (g): 25
  • Diameter (mm): 40

Oops, I noticed the 2016 a fraction of a second after I clicked the submit button.
Plenty of time for next Halloween.
