2017 and 2018 Coins Ready for CCAC Review

CCACThe Citizens Coinage Advisory Committee (CCAC) will hold a two-day public meeting beginning on the morning of Wednesday, Oct. 7, and ending by early afternoon on Wednesday, Oct. 8.

The CCAC is tasked with advising the Secretary of the Treasury on themes and designs pertaining to United States coins and medals.

Agenda topics up for review and comments include candidate designs for the:

  • Laguna Code Talker Congressional Medal Program
  • Mohawk Code Talker Congressional Medal Program
  • 2017 Boys Town Centennial Commemorative Coin Program
  • 2017 America the Beautiful Quarters Program
  • 2017 Lions Clubs International Century of Service Commemorative Coin
  • 2017 and 2018 Native American $1 Coins
  • 2018 America the Beautiful Quarters Program

CCAC meeting times are 10:30 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. (EDT) on Wednesday and 9:00 to 12.30 p.m. on Thursday.
