In a bit of a surprise, no products are currently scheduled for release in October.

Releases include products featuring the final 2012-dated America the Beautiful Quarter, Presidential $1 coin and the five ounce silver uncirculated coin. The annual circulating coin set of all five 2012 America the Beautiful Quarters is also scheduled for the first time.

All of the 2012 First Spouse Gold Coins, however, still have TBD, or "To Be Determined" listings. For more about this year’s 24-karat gold coins, read about what is delaying them.

it’s already near end of 2012, and not 1 single spouse coin has been released.

in addition to the 4 spouses already scheduled in 2013, who has money to collect all 16 (8 proofs and 8 uncirculated) coins next year? especially with gold hanging around at this price, perhaps even higher next year.

thank you US Mint for making this series even more unpopular and difficult to collect!

Hi Werner, I just got a letter from the Department Of The Treasury updating the Status of the 2012 Spouse Program and Apologizing for the Delay. Once Problems are Resolved both the Proof and the Uncirculated coins will be Struck at the West Point “W” Mint. They have not Yet announced the On-Sales-Dates. The Letter was Dated September 18, 2012. I got the same letter. Well if you can stand the higher costs and the telescoped release dates, these are going to have strong upside potential in a few years. Hang in there dude!
