		<description>I don&#039;t understand why the mint and proof sets aren&#039;t released the FOLLOWING year rather than the year of. I know in modern times that it&#039;s unlikely that a coin of a particular denomination or mint won&#039;t be produced (or sometimes WILL BE) but you never know. 

Take 1999 for example. Had the mint waited until 2000 to release those sets, they would&#039;ve included the SBA dollar that the mint clearly did not expect to be produced that year and was forced to include as a special proof sold separately. 1987 would not have included half dollars. 1938 would have included both the Buffalo and Jefferson nickels. And so forth.

It&#039;s possible 2010 could see no production of nickels but they&#039;ll be in sets regardless. It doesn&#039;t seem right to me.</description>
