		<description>dear sir/maam, i have recently purchased the silver proof territorial quarters.upon viewing them, i have discovered that the guam obverse(washington, all the lettering &amp; the &quot;s&quot; mint mark are doubled. i have taken it to coin shows &amp; they seem to see what i see. normally the mint mark is not also doubled, so because of this rule is this coin valuable or no. any response would be greatly appreciated. i have recently joined the buffalo niumerical society, so i&#039;m hoping for more input. thanx so much &amp; god bless. frank</description>
